Wootton St Andrew’s CE (VA) Primary School is committed to ensuring that its funding is used effectively and provides value for money.

The Department for Education publishes financial information for schools through its Financial Benchmarking and Insights Tool. This allows our school’s finances to be compared with similar schools.

Information available includes:

total income
total expenditure
in-year revenue balance
revenue reserves
staffing costs
premises and running costs
spending per pupil

The Headteacher, School Business Manager and Governing Body use financial information and benchmarking data to support effective budget planning and financial oversight.

N.B – No member of staff is paid above £100,000.
